*Please note the first page of the LOI and Deposit and Funding Agreement have been modified to reflect correct parcels. Both parties to the agreements have approved the change.  The APN 8472-001-919 was corrected to 8735-001-919 and parcel 8735-001-921 was previously missing and has been included.  This does not reflect a change in the parcels intended to be sold.
